How Long Should I Brush?<\/h2>\n

Most people only brush their teeth for about half of the time that they should, so be sure to brush your teeth at least twice a day for two minutes each time. Play a fun song or set a timer on your phone to make sure you brush long enough.<\/p>\n

How Much Pressure Should I Use When I Brush?<\/h2>\n

Did you know that if you\u2019re squashing the bristles of your toothbrush against your teeth and gum \u2013 even a little bit \u2013 this is too much pressure? You should make the gentlest contact possible with your teeth since plaque is soft, and use short, back-and-forth strokes when brushing.
